Cant Connect

I logged into one of my storage characters and then became disconnected. When I tried to connect again It kept saying "dissconected from server" and after several tries It let me in but I became stuck. I couldn't move at all, my colors were gone and there was no one in game. Whenever I tried as a different character it'd do this too. I finally managed to get on normally after many tries, but when I tried to switch characters it made me stuck again.

it's probably a problem with your connection, are you on wifi? if so power cycle your modem/router, release/renew your ip address, and call me in the morning

Or you could try

• Start->Control Panel->Network Connections
• Right click on your connection
• Click "Repair"

But she did manage to log in to the game .__., and in the forum, so is it really her conection? o.o'

could be that she's switching characters too fast (ex: they are right next to each other) usually waiting about 15 seconds of so will prevent that o.o

when that happens to me i just close game and starting loggin from the beggining, always worked, and wheni get d.ced and it says it still recognizes login, i type some wrong password once and i can come back right away

Maybe your MTU isn't high enough or your connection is too weak.
How are you connected to the internet?
If you want to change your MTU, use Dr. TCP.
