just installed heRO, and this happened when I started the game

As you can see, I also filed a ticket. But, yeah. The window is stuck that small and I can't change it. No options or anything to change. I'm stuck with that.

One of the ways that you can fix this issue is by downloading http://www.sendspace.com/file/qjo43t it's a .RAR of the Setup.exe, downloading and using it in-place of the current Setup.exe will allow you to play with a normal window. Be sure to run it as administrator if needed, and to launch it, adjust your settings before running heRO.

I have the same problem, I downloaded the Setup.rar and replaced setup.exe for it but I still have the same problem =/

Try running the files as Administrator if you use Windows Vista, 7 or 8. If it's still happening let us know and we'll see what else we can do to help out.
