Keeps track of the games and servers that you play, IM, voice chat, downloads patches for games, let's you view the other games/servers that friends are on.
Here's its website.
It works with the iRO client, but not hexed clients.

Yeah, xfire doth not work with HeRO sadly, but it works for like, pretty much everything else.

Not unless you use iRO and heRO.grf.

xfire causes problems with some of my games so i avoid it.
