Oopsie! Small item problem, read here

Hello heroes,

We are so very sorry for today's hiccup, here's what happened.

We were working on the item database to make all hatter's hat tradable (some of them turned to untradable during the maintenance). The problem arose when we reloaded the item database, somehow there is a change that we included that made a ton of items go unrecognized suddenly. For everyone that was online and had those items they either turned into apples or simply vanished. We attempted to re-insert all those missing items by re-injecting the items that we found in the logs to have been deleted but alas it did not work.

Because of this, we unfortunately have to do a rollback to the last working item backup. The backup is from yesterday, August 19th at 5:00 AM.

What will be affected: items in inventory, storage, guild storage and cart will revert to what they were yesterday morning.

Everything else will not be affected, including zeny, character levels, exp, skills, quests.

Also, your character's look may no longer reflect what he's wearing, simply re-equip your items to update the look.

For those of you who obtained items that you consider valuable since yesterday 5:00 AM, GM-Garr has vowed he will help you get them back. What you need to do is simply fill a Support Ticket with the following information:
- The exact character name (it's case sensitive)
- The item name or item ID
- The quantity
You can ask for multiple recovery in the same ticket, as long as you make it clear which character they were obtained on. We have logs of all transactions (monster drop, shop, etc.), GM-Garr will look in the logs to confirm the transaction in question and return the item(s) to you by trade in game. We leave it up to you what is considered valuable and what isn't, it varies from person to person.

We are of course VERY sorry for all inconvenience, on top of our sincere apologies, you'll find Pandelina in central Prontera with freebies for everyone (once per account, collectable on a level 75+ character).
