Same brand store

Have you ever gone to two different stores but the same franchise and learn that one branch is more customer friendly while the other one is lazy asses that just chat about something not relating to their store?

I went out today to get some things that were on sale and wow... this store made me wait a frikin hour for them to look for the item i reserved in the warehouse only for them to come out saying "oh i can't find it". While another same brand store deeper downtown had my reserve up and front and in a mere 3 minutes they got mine from the warehouse. In conclusion, I'm not ever going to that lazy store ever again.

P.S. went to lazy store before like 3 times and 3 times did they betray my trust by 1) giving out my reserved item to someone else, 2) told me a lie that they have it in stock, 3) takes a long time for them to do anything productive.
