Battle Grounds Gears

I know SOME of the heRO BG gears vary in some way from the officials, but looking through RMS, I saw the Glorious Arc Wand and it's awesomesauce effects say that it's wearable by Linkers. But when I went to check the BG shop on linker, appearantly I can only access the Warlock's wands and recovery wands. Is there a Reason why linker's can't equip the Glorious weapons here on heRO? Was hoping to farm for a spiffy new weapon to farm AK's with.
