Akua Geulin found the crazy merchant! It was just outside Kaldheim, selling an Orcring Card, 1 Enriched Oridecon and 5 Event Bags!

The Merchant is hiding again somewhere, good luck finding him!

She's currently selling the following:

- Frozen Diadem [1] with +2 INT Enchant
- Arctic Wings
- 20 Medium Life Potions

Talk to the crazy merchant fanboy in Alberta to know if it's still up or has been found.
