Chronicles of Fairyland - Fallen From Grace
Fallen From Grace - The Moonlight Bell
At Payon Palace, Nikki and Sacerdos Signat walk into the waiting room, informing the heroes they have been granted an audience with the chief of the town. During the meeting, doubts about the moonlight bell replica were clarified.
Like the original, the bell can revive the dead when rung. But it's also as cursed as the real one, for which it was hidden in a small cave below the palace. The Chief of Payon agreed to let the visitors take the bell, not knowing the true motives of some of them.
From the library, they accessed the secret vault where the item was stored. After some searching, the group came across a suspicious-looking rock pillar. Ciar tore up the stone with various spells, revealing the bell replica hidden within. While Nikki held the bell, Ciar suggested to ring it, which was done without question. As countless spirits and undead creatures were summoned, the bell-ringer slowly fell into a cursed, sleep-like state. The heroes swiftly exterminated the creatures, as well as the spirit of the "sleeping" man's sister.
After the fight, everyone went to check on Nikki, who didn't seem to be alive at all. Ciar asked the soul linker Galoo to use her powers to see what was wrong, but unfortunately, there was not much she could do, which forced the group to resort to the Prontera Church. After gathering the necessary items, High Priest Bamph performed the ceremony to save Nikki's life. The scholar's eyes slowly opened. After some sighs of relief -- and several scolding words -- Nikki checked his bag for the bell. But it was nowhere to be found.
Questions were asked. People were threatened. Then, everyone noticed Galoo the soul linker was gone. Ciar and an assassin, Reilinn, also bailed, just after a search was mounted.
The three met up atop a group of floating stones high up in Niflheim. Just as the search party arrived at the dark town's square, they hear the ghastly sounds of the bell being rung. The "ding" echoed for miles, waking all that was once resting. But Ciar only cared for one person at the moment. He wanted to speak to Jin, the man accused of damaging Fairy Lucretia's wings. He called for him, hoping his spirit was within hearing range of the moonlight bell. Luckily, Jin replied. Throughout the conversation it is revealed that he was not the one that harmed Lucretia's wings. It was actually a jealous fae. All evidence pointed to fairy Cynbel.
To confirm Cynbel's betrayal, the group of heroes were allowed access to the fae's house. Among common items, they found a book on Fae biology, and a piece of wing webbing. Unsure of it's origins, they traveled to Aldebaran to have the wing webbing compared to a piece of wing the Paladin Summerstream had taken from Lucretia. The test confirmed the two items matched. Everything seemed to make sense. The preparing of a peach pie which Lucretia was apparently allergic to, and the hateful comments about Jin. It wasn't coincidence.
Cynbel had fallen from grace.
The next day, Pixie met up with the heroes in Fairyland. She was still shocked that the fairies' war-chief was capable of such betrayal. In an attempt to repair the damage done to Lucretia, Summerstream made a suggestion. They would travel to the Yggdrasil tree to collect sap, and heal her wings. Everyone agreed, and geared up for the trek. The heroes, with the aid of pixie, made it to Hwergelmir's trunk, where Summerstream noticed something that shocked her.
Yggdrasil was bleeding. There had been much loss of life recently, and it was making the tree suffer. Fearing taking sap would bring further harm to the tree, they decided to use an alternative: yggdrasil berries. The juice of the berries are said to contain a similar regenerative property.
---
The heroes agreed to collect 100 yggdrasil berries by Thursday August 6, 2015 at 8:30PM, to use as ingredients for a healing salve. Yggdrasil seeds can also be used, but they have half the efficiency of a berry (2 Seeds = 1 Berry).
For every 5 Berries (or 10 seeds) a player gives to Pixie, they will receive 3 Old Purple Boxes. If the player brings 10 berries (or 20 seeds) at once, they will receive 2 Bloody Branches instead.

RE: Chronicles of Fairyland - Fallen From Grace
"Implying that I would intentionally poison her is absurd. I have better ways to kill her if I really wanted to." The paladin scoffs. "Anyways. The salve is made, I just need to request an audience with Lucretia."

RE: Chronicles of Fairyland - Fallen From Grace
Fallen From Grace ~ Ezekiel and Summerstream visit Lucretia
Summerstream and Ezekiel Stalker snuck into Lucretia's castle yesterday night. They journeyed through the garden, cave and basement, eventually making it to the main room. There, they encountered strange porings, apparently the subjects of experiments. Some of Lucretia's fairy allies tried to stop the two, but were beaten down swiftly.
The duo found Lucretia in the dining room, which had been redecorated to be reminiscent of Fairyland. The fae jumped to conclusions as usual, thinking the two were there to kill her, but they stated they only wanted to talk. After presenting Lucretia with the salve prepared by Pixie, Ezekiel and Summerstream explained to the wingless fae the possibility that Cynbel might be the one who damaged her wings. They asked her to try to remember everything before and after the incident with her wings, to which she agreed.
According to Lucretia, she met Jin during a massive feast held by the fairies after the rebuilding of Fairyland. Months later they were a couple. Cynbel, Lucretia's childhood friend, had feelings for her, and was apparently jealous. Eventually the two grew distant, only seeing each other during a meeting held twice a year between humans and fae.
During one of these meetings, Cynbel confessed to Lucretia he still loved her, as she exited the washroom. He asked her to abandon everything and run away with him, to which she declined. Jin was listening in on the conversation, as well as someone else. She didn't notice who the other eavesdropper was, but she figured it was Navi looking for topics to gossip about.
That night, Jin and Lucretia had a horrible fight, but they soon patched things up and went to sleep. When the fairy woke up, her wings had been ripped out. She noticed a piece of wing in her lover's hand, but the man wouldn't wake up. Assumed he was still recovering from the previous night's hangover, Lucretia waited until he came to his senses to question him about the betrayal.
Once Jin woke up, Lucretia accused him of damaging her wings. He denied everything, saying she was just looking for excuses to leave him for Cynbel. Overcome with the sorrow and anger of the betrayal, she killed him. The rest, was history.
Summerstream decided to stay with Lucretia to make sure the salve would work on her wings as intended. Once Ezekiel was warped out, Summer was shown to her room, and the hours passed.
Then, in the dead of night, the unexpected happened.
A blood-curdling scream pierced through the hallways. As Summer ran to Lucretia to find out what was going on, she was attacked by what seemed to be a clone of herself. She struck the look-alike down, and watched as it disappeared into thin air, not before offering an ominous statement.
Lucretia sent her people after Summerstream, who chose to stay and explain the situation rather than flee. But the fairy wouldn't listen.
Apparently, Cynbel had been gravely injured by Summerstream. The turn of events led Lucretia to believe that she and Ezekiel were placing the blame on Cynbel to make Jin seem innocent, so that Lucretia would trust the humans once again. For this, she imprisoned Summerstream at the highest point of the tower, with no food or water.
Lucretia will force Summerstream to jump off herself to end the hunger and dehydration.
(Monday August 10 at 8:00 PM server time. The heroes will travel through Lucretia's castle to save Summerstream. It is up to the heroes to choose whether to fight Lucretia, visit Cynbel in his prison cell, or flee.
Careful planning and plotting is recommended, for this will affect the course of the HeRO storyline.)

RE: Chronicles of Fairyland - Fallen From Grace
From Grace - The Invasion of Poring City
Shortly after the confrontation with Lord Matthew in Niflheim, Lucretia attacked Poring City. She set loose mutated porings to keep the heroes busy, while she kidnapped the residents of the island.
Her fairy biochemists had recently discovered the missing ingredients to stabilize the porings was the Yggdrasil sap delivered by Summerstream, so they needed new test subjects. Lucretia was now one step closer to having the poring army she desired. No longer would she have to place her fellow renegade fairies in harm's way.
So far, Lucretia's biochemists had infused porings with orc, nine tail and deviruchi DNA, as well as created some out of shackle balls and cupcakes, all of which were defeated thanks to the heroes. Although many porings were kidnapped, never to be seen again, the heroes drove off Lucretia and prevented further loss of gelatin.
But in all seriousness... What will the Fairy come up with next?
