BG Wand Not Giving Matk Bonus

The Glorious Arc Wand dosn't seem to be giving the +Matk% bonus that other wands give.

All the other wands seem to work but the Glorious Staff of Destruction dosn't seem to give as much Matk as other wands. The non-glorious BG wands give the +matk bonus properly.

This is yet another a bit failed item description, I think. By deciphering items scripts (same with the ones presented on RMS), everything is as it should be.

Glorious Destruction Staff gives +refine% MATK and 15% extra magic damage vs demi-human
Glorious Arc Wand doesn't give any MATK in unrefined state.

I'll check what's the status of these items in the official databases and change either their scripts or descriptions. Sorry for the trouble.

ETA: irowiki database confirms that descriptions were false, and not script. Even though that makes no sense. I'll consult with other GMs and we'll decide if we want to follow gravity or sense.

Im pretty sure glorious arc wand is supposed to give a 15% matk bonus on top of the refine bonus. Here is the rms description

I am almost 100% certain my matk was substantially higher before the new client when i was using a +4 glorious arc wand. Unless this was an intentional nerf that came with the new client.

First of all, I said that I looked at script on RMS, and script says there's no MATK bonus on unrefined item. MATK % bonus is called bMatkRate, and if you check though RMS script it's called one time at the end with argument of 5, so 5% bonus MATK for 9 refine.

Second of all, no items were altered during client update. At all. Their effects were not twisted in any way. Their appearance or descriptions might've been, but not their effects.
Well, except 2 items that were getting a fix to their script because they got broken at some point. And it's not them rods.

As a matter of fact RMS is not such reliable source, for instance this description says that ring gives 10% more damage, when the script on the same item says it's 10% resistance. irowiki db, on the other hand, states resistance like it should.

Just a heads up: it was decided that rods will and should give MATK bonus. Script will be updated after next reboot. Thank you for your report :D
