Error @ loading screen

Hello! I'm trying to load my Acolyte char and the following error message appears:



This is a fairly new char and It seems that the error screen only appears when I load this char.

update: I tried to use the teleport npc to go to payon (the same town I try to go with my Acolyte) with another char and it showed the error message too.

Perhaps there's somenthing wrong with the Payon teleport? I tried to use the teleporter with a third char, to another towns and everything went fine.

Hmm. That is an odd error indeed. I'll try to find out about it. In the meantime, can you please answer some questions:
1) What kind of installer did you use? Small? Full? 2013 one with patcher update?
2) I see that the load is stuck on 20-something%. Is it always the case, or it goes further?
