Earth/Sky Deleter carded ToH or Zodiac wings are pretty awesome for sp/hp regen too. Just swap them with bathory armor when low on sp/hp kill 3-4 mobs and bathory back on. Saves on having to carry a bunch of consumables.

For trans i like the valk shield + long horn combo. The perma holy property from long horn lets you kill those pesky whispers.
