Fix Skill Ice Wall in BG or pvp Woe

Quote:Creates a row of 5 Ice Wall cells perpendicular to the line between the caster and the target cell and centered on the target cell.
An Ice Wall cell cannot be entered, but it may be attacked. Ice Wall cells have 200+200*SkillLV HP that lowers at a rate of 50 per second until it reaches 0 and then the wall disappears.
If the wall is attacked the HP also lower by the damage dealt to the wall. You can not have more than 5 Ice Walls active at the same time.
Other Notes

Cannot be used in GvG maps
Cannot be used in Battleground maps
Cannot be used in WoE:TE castles
Cannot be used in Aldebaran Turbo Track
Cannot be used in Endless Tower, Orc's Memory Dungeon or Nidhoggur's Nest
Only cells with a shootable path will be placed
Cannot be knocked back
Removed if hit by Fire Rain skill

Can be used in GvG maps
Can be used in Battleground maps
Can be used in WoE:TE castles
Can be used in Aldebaran Turbo Track
Can be used in Endless Tower, Orc's Memory Dungeon or Nidhoggur's Nest

Sorry but IMO this is a terribly game breaking change to Ice wall. This would be an extremely strong change without the ability to use it in PVP and WoE areas. Allowing this change in WoE and other PvP areas would harm the PVP/WOE that the server has. In general this change would have a negative impact on the server as a whole.

Imagine a woe Precast... Someone comes into the emp room, cannot move because they are surrounded by 247638923652673458672346234 cells of ice wall. They cannot run because they cannot move, and then get pelted by bragi'd meteors and storm gust, unable to counter anything being chucked at their face. Honestly though, with that much Ice wall, I could see targeting enemies with single target skills like Acid demo to be problematic too. If you want to add insult to injury, why not have a Loki's veil team stationed near that ice wall too.

No skills, trapped by ice walls, cannot move or counter. Sounds "Fun"
