If you check my Low-End cards for sale here on forum, you'll see i have 9 Dustiness cards there, and usually i sell those low-end cards for 500k. Imo dustiness is common, from what i see coming from OCAs. Also there are maps flooded with dustiness, plus one of its items is used by Mr Hatter.

If there is a lack in wind cloaks supply, it surely isnt because its a super powerful gear everybody seeks to get nor its rare to obtain. Its current lack of presence on the actual market its because apparently nobody bothers camping Stormy Knight.
If that instead happens, the market will then quickly reach a surplus of wind cloaks and its general price will drop from the 500k i used in the calculation to, i think, a bottom of not less than 200k (if who has that big amount chooses to inject them on the market; tho this will eventually happen).
