Allow teleport in Yuno++

Pretty much all of the airship locations are a fair ways away from the save. Rachel's the furthest from the save being on a completely different map, but you can teleport on those maps. Lighthalzen and Yuno's similar distance but the truly lazy will still complain about it, and want teleports because of it.Hugel's pretty much the opposite side of the (small) map from the save, but you can tele in hugel. Izlude's path to the airship is pretty narrow and on the other side of a warp, but technically, you could waste SP or zeny to teleport there. Einbroch's pretty much the only Save point where you're Right next to the airport.

Main reason they disable teleport in the Schwarzbald republic towns and have airship travel is because it is outlawed for some reason, (despite having a magic academy and a sage castle with Fragments of Ymir, they are a capitalist state and want to charge people money to ride their multi-billion zeny Blimps).

May be just for the Role play stuffs but maybe we could have the Cool Event Corp and Kafra peeps petition the Politicians to bend the laws or something so they could lend those teleport services (admittedly at higher prices in the region due to the Government still wanting to use the airships and trains).
