I could go play on the offy euRO, starting from 0 there (but i kinda wont, 'cos its renewal and renewal is kinda lame imho, well i have 1-2 accounts with couple 70-80 characters, sin and alchemist iirc when i tried it) but im still here 'cos this is my home, i dont want to start anew (plus euRO connection is way worse than heRO =_=", and the servers are way closer to me; Gravity's hardware sucks).

A parallel server? What, pre-re? Nonsense. Renewal? Renewal may be of some logic but renewal is lame. Also, is it you who will keep up a second server? Like, rent the machine, pay the datacenter's ISP, do the game manteinance? Because i think heRO staff wont and cant, its some years that for RO its not a great era and i dont see expanding with a parallel server help exit from the recession.
