New v4p hats missing (again)

The new hats for this month went missing again
I managed to grab one of the new v4ps but hadn't quite gotten enough points for one of them ;< and now I never will

noticed that this happened just after the server crashed/got rebooted, since this seems to be a recurring issue for new v4ps...
