Wrong card droprate?

The Sea Otter Card still has a droprate of 0.03%.
Schouldn't it be 0.05%?

Sorry for the double post, but I found the problem.

The file that sets MVP and certain Miniboss card rates at 0.03 had the wrong ID. I added 4326 (Sea Otter Card) instead of 4236 (Amon Ra Card). It should be fixed now. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!
