So my friend was walking around in toy dungeon and all of the sudden his face changed. Actually his whole head changed. It looked like a weird Darth Vader, Predator, Black orc thing...its gone because he logged out but what was that?

it's an effect caused by the monsters there, it'll wear off either upon logging out or death.

It's an ability called "Grampus Morph" that monsters have. It's usually referred to as orchead, and it serves no purpose other than to annoy you.

Aside from those two ways, it wears off on its own after a very long time it isn't even funny x_x

yeah he was getting pretty angry. its was weird tho. ive been playing rag for years and ive never seen that. is it new or just rare?

It's severely common for anyone that trains at Nifleheim since ever, sad for Namine to say... it's not even curable by status recovery or cure (never tried Panacea for that, though Panacea's description says that it can cure any abnormal aliment... then again, Gravity always messes up on descriptions)

Surely other monsters can do it, though Namine does not know which as she is only a priestess so does not venture to too many different places... but they are definitely very common in the Loli Ruri map...

yeah we were in Toy dungeon. It could only have been Cookie Christmas Cookie, or marin...thats the only thing we were fighting at the time.

Cookies do it, I believe. As well as Angeling and Archangeling, which are on that map.

OrcHead it's pretty annoying but... somehow it's funny to start making jokes about the "beautiful face" lol
