I vote but my vote points never increase?, is it broken and something?.

Also how do I look up what chill winds give in items on hero wiki cause I cant find the monster index that shows items?.

have you refreshed the page ? For item you can always use ingame commands
@mi or @mobinfo: Shows you monster information
Syntax: @mi name, For example @mi poring (will give you information on poring monster)
It gives info about monster stat, exp, and what item it drops

On the Control Panel's voting page, check if you see the You have unclaimed votepoints message.



Points are not added to your account while you are online on it. You have to log off for it, and then click "claim your votepoints here" to get all the points you have accumulated while you were online.

As for the Chill Wind info, HeRO wiki is community maintained and therefore some information may not yet be added or up to date. You can try "@mi Chill Wind" ingame and it will give you information on a monster's stats and item drops.
