Create emoji for heRO's discord servers and win prizes!

Rules & Guidelines

Deadline: April 15 at 12:00 AM / 00:00 (server time, EST GMT-5)
The GM Team will be the judges for this contest.
A player may submit as many entries as they want.
Participants will receive 1 participation prize regardless of amount of entries submitted.
Participants may win multiple times, up to 2 times.
Please put all your entries in the same post (unless you reach the image limit, in which case put a link to your next post that contains entries), feel free to edit your post(s) until the deadline.
Please mention your character names in your entry post so we know who to give rewards to.
Do not steal someone else's work. If using artwork or other material made by someone else please ask them / credit them in your post.
Keep everything PG-13.
More than 1 player may participate in the creation of an entry, however only 1 person may submit it and collect the participation/reward prize for it, that person is then responsible for prize distribution or any other deal agreed to by the players involved.

Emoji Types

Format: .png
Size: at least 150 x 150
Cannot include signature due to its small size.
Emoji must be of a Poring-Type mob (Drops, Aquaring, Applering, etc), custom mob (Autumn Leaf Cat, Taffy, etc.), custom NPC (Styla, etc), or chronicles character (Sir Melot, Lady Thea, Pixie, etc).
Should preferably be "emoting" (happy, sad, sleepy, hungry, etc.)
If, for reference, you would like a sprite uploaded of what you are thinking of drawing, let us know.

Rewards

Participation Prize:

*To be considered a worthy an entry should look like at least 30 minutes was spent on it, we reserve the right to refuse entries deemed too "cheap" (avoid stick figures and such).

Choice of 1 of any of the the costumes in the image below, plus 1 gold for every entry added to the heRO Discord Server:

Prize for winning entries: Winners will get their participation prize, plus their choice of a reward pack below.

Multiple winners can pick the same prize. There will be anywhere between 4 and 8 winning entries, but this amount can change depending on the amount of participants at the end of the contest.

Choice 1: 2x of any currently obtainable or previously released backpack, or their costume versions (if they are available and don't require patching in).
Choice 2: 150 BG Points, 20 BG Keys, 20 Assumptio Scrolls, and 10x of any +10 Stat Food
Choice 3: 3x OCA, 3x Jewelry Box, 3x Old Red Box (Hatter Hats), and 3x Wrapped Mask
Choice 4: 2x Enriched Oridecon, 2x Enriched Elunium and 1x Safe Refine on any normally refinable weapons or armors, up to a maximum of +7
Choice 5: 2x +3 Stat Enchant on any normally enchantable armor.
Choice 6: 1 Hat of The Sun God [1] and choice of 2x of any current hatter-only headgear, excluding slotted mids.
Choice 7: 15 Bloody Branches, 30 Poring Boxes, and 1 ToH Voucher
Choice 8: Any 2x of the Lutia 2018 Non-Combo Gears or Faeheim Gears (excluding ammo), refined to +7 (if refinable)
Choice 9: 1x Combo set of the 2018 Class Combo Gears, all refined to +7 (if refinable)
Choice 10: 50x Royal Gold Bullions (enough to reach the Noble Title from scratch), and 1 GM Service Ticket.
Choice 11: 3x of any costume available via the Faeheim or Lutia Costume Crafter.
Choice 12: 4x of any available reputation reward pet from Lutia or Faeheim.

Note: The same item cannot be chosen more than once, for example, selecting 3 dragon backpacks.

Questions

How many prizes can one win?
Answer: For submitting a worthy entry, you will get a participation prize. If you win, you'll get the participation reward plus choice pack. For every entry that is added to the discord server, you will also obtain 1 gold.

I'm not great at digital drawings, can I do them by hand?
Answer: Yes, just make sure it's scanned properly (high resolution) and has a clean look (not blurry, grainy, etc).

Are any of the reward headgears animated?
Answer: Flying Galapago, Black Witch Hat, and Sorcerer Hood are animated

Can my entries win more than once?
Answer: You can win only up to two times, regardless of entries. For example, you submitted 4 amazing entries, we can only pick 2 as the best.

How do GMs judge entries?
Answer: Each GM must individually pick what they feel are winning entries. Once the judging period is over, the entries that received the most votes wins. Keep in mind beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and thus every GM has their own criteria, likes, dislikes, etc.

By posting your entry, you agree to the following:

- Submitted entries can be used by the GM Team for the server in any way shape or form, in or outside the game (forum, RMS, HeRO's facebook page, etc).
- The GM Team reserves the right to adjust prizes at any time as they see fit for balance purposes.
- Any entry which is determined to be antagonistic to HeRO Server or its players will be disqualified. In-game or forum punishments may also apply.
- Rewards for each submission chosen to be added ingame will be given along with participation rewards, winning rewards, etc. No additional OCA will be rewarded if an entry previously not set to be added is chosen to be added after all, after two weeks of the contest's end.
- The judgement of the contest organizers is final.

Quick changes to the list of allowed entries after several suggestions: Instead of only allowing poring type emoji, you can also submit emoji entries for custom mobs (Autumn Leafcat, Taffy, etc), custom NPCs (Styla, Warpers, etc), or chronicle characters (Sir Melot, Lady Thea, Pixie, etc)!
