Do we have genetic creations and if so how to use?

Do we have the books for them and materials on hero cause pretzel in discord told me look it up on hero wiki and ratemyserver.net, but on hero wiki and ratemyserver.net it didnt show up. Was wondering do we have it?.

We do not use genetic creations or have any plans for anything resembling the official version currently.
