Help.

My friend is having a similar problem as ezra did in an earlier post sometime last year. At first, he couldn't get HeRO to open past the first screen after clicking "start" so. He redownloaded the whole thing instead of using the older version. Now, it lets him log in with user name and password but right after clicking next on the hero server(xxxx) screen, before the sprite screen, the game freezes up. The mouse freezes up and he can't go any further. I asked Pandora about it in game and she suggested posting an sos on the forums so here I am. please help =( he's been trying for 3 days to get on HeRO and I'm out of ideas on how to help him.

Having multiple servers in the same folder is not recommended btw.

At first glance.. do you actually have sakray cuz I don't see a sdata.grf o_O;;

Things to check:
data.ini (post content here)
Give me the size of data.grf and bdata.grf please.
Run setup.exe check that the settings are right.

If he still has the installation files, try installing heRO in a separate folder from other servers you play.

well.. what he did was download the game from the rebirth server site because he couldn't get hero's full download working, which is why there's another server's stuff in there. but I'll have him check, he thought it should work cuz it was the full program that he downloaded. =\ *head hurts, hates solving problems* I'll double check with him tho, thanks <3

Ok, so I've downloaded and extracted the Rag_setup, and Sak_setup. But it won't let me get through the Rag_setup. I get into the Rag_setup, and click agree, next, and next, but then a small window comes up, with Korean symbols, and an OK button. I click OK, and nothing happens... at all. But when I do the Sak_setup, it lets me go through the entire thing no problem... What's going on
