Enriched elunium and enriched ore can it be bought and sold, also PC> for both since no one wants to answer that question after a long while on pc thread and elsewhere?.

As enriched elunium, enriched ores and enriched oridecon are normally untradeable, you'll need a GM service as well in order to trade them (which while they can be obtained via donation, you can also bid for them with zeny only during the monthly Fairy auction).
