Won't start

This happened a while ago. I turned on the game, I exit it later and tried to open heRO later that day and when I click on it the mini-box opens for 2 seconds then closes and doesn't open the game at all. In Setup, some boxes are blank.(attached screenshot of it) All other games work except heRO. I've re-installed and it doesn't help. Has this happened before?

I dont believe this has ever hapened to me. Did you modify your settings or RO files in any way between the moment the game worked and then when it didnt?

The 2 blank boxes, do they have anything in their dropdown menu?

Problem seems to be with your graphic card. Rightclick on your desktop and go into properties. Go into the last tab called "settings", tell me what does it say under Display?

This happens to me when I end certain SVCHOST.EXE processes in my task manager. Restart the computer and it should work once again.

did you install anything? the only times i ever got this was when something fiddled with my graphics card drivers.
