It's funny how people sit their asses in pront all day and hunt 10% of their online time, yet complain about being poor.

Let's not start pointing fingers or darting anyone, contest is not starting for a little while, if you plan to compete for it, save your zeny, otherwise go have fun doing something else, plenthy to do in this game, end of story.

The only issue I can see with this is that the people working to test things have less time to make money on the real server. But we also get the opportunity to learn about things before others do, so it evens out.

i'm going to disregard bloody's comment for the moment, and mention that by buying items from those with low zeny reserves but stuff to sell is not only not a form of charity but also puts zeny back into the community
it's the general definition of an economy >.>

I've generally found the best way to make money so far for me (as a very new-comer to this server) is to...level. Yes, I've leveled only a few characters so far, but with my Wizard nearing 70 and my Merchant and Taekwon both sitting near 40 I've got almost 500k in the bank, and that's only after less than a week and all I've done is level, no hunting for specific items (though I did get some items I've seen going for around 750k that I have sitting in storage still).

Anyways, I'm excited for this quest, even though I'm sure I can't win the donation part
