It's supposed to be that way, if you go to the official server there's a cast time and you spin around while you cast, it's actually pretty amusing XD

yeah well on official servers sight is much smaller so hide actually has a use ^_^

but like yeah wtf so the excuse for somethings is its like that on official server and then when server changes it its because the official server was dumb and made something unbalanced so yeah who's got the balance? sight nerfed hide while other servers had normal sight so they found stalkers too strong so they nerfed stealth and now on hero we have a very lovely hide nerfed stealth nerfed + divest nerfed stalker ^_^ yay!

You can't see magic rod being cast until it actually works against another magic spell, it's sorta harder to time it just right IMO =/

If you think about it Stalker in general is an unbalanced class. The thing that sets people apart in RO is their equips, take that away and they are pretty much useless, so making Full Divest a lower success chance actually made the game more balaced. Also, Stalkers can learn and keep any non-trans move, making them even better, think about a Divest Stalker with SG, those are two very powerful skills.
