kRO new skills and new classes

Well some of your asked me about some new Unkown Skills showing up inside their skill trees. I've made an investigation about it on the kRO site and found that every 2nd classes has new skills. Most of them are not working at the moment and i don't know what we're going to do about it. Well, if you have any info about it, what is the description of thoses skills -i'd be glad to hear about it.
