Help resizing?

I'm new and I've never played this before. I guess I picked the screen size without realizing it, but it's FAR too small for it to be efficient at all. I've been trying to deal with it, but it's too hard to ignore. I can't figure out how to resize the screen.

just run setup.exe, you can set the size there
