"Rejected from Server"

Hi. I just downloaded and fully patched the game. Every time I try to register a character with the _f\_m method in game, I get an error that says "Rejected from Server". I'm not sure what to do about this. ANy help would be really appreciated, thanks.

Make sure you dont have a data folder, if you do delete it or rename it.

Next make sure your data.ini contains these and nothing else:
[Data]
0=heRO.grf
1=sdata.grf
2=data.grf

[GM-Pandora]

If that doesnt work, please post a picture of your RO folder.
