You need an angeling or deviling hat from ToH events to complete the deviling or angeling tower quest =/

I have never been to a ToH...so I probably will never get to complete the quest. =(

I was more concerned about "There hasn't been a dark one until now?" which I interpreted as "No one has one for the dark side!" However I believe that it was meant as "Wow finally someone made one for the Dark Side!".

I just didn't see it at first. (did not sleep last night can you tell?)
