Guide for throwing ninja: shuriken and kunai do not miss. Their listed damage gets added to what a melee attack with your weapon would do. Kunai have their own elements, shuriken take that of your weapon. Use this to your advantage, for easy levelling. My recommendation is run str first, then int, then dex or vit as you please.

may i ask a question, at lvl 99 with 1 vit how much HP does a ninja have?
as opposed to 99 vit at 99, how much hp?

how good is final strike in that sense?

final strike is utter crap even if you have 99 vit and a taogunka card with high str and a 4hydra carded main gauche. and it gets blocked by pneuma as well as armor defense and its always neutral so raydric reduces it.


vit adds 1% hp, so at 99 vit youre basically doubling your 1vit HP.

goes from something like 4k to 8k with 99 vit for ninjas

wow... so what do ninjas have better than other classes other than cicada?

mages > Matk (just look at the skill damage and cast time descriptions)
snipers > ranged attacks
monks > asura
knites/BS > HP
sin > DPS
rogues > strip
crus > GC

a just-for-fun class then i guess...

Not really, ninjas are very versatile liek for example, against snipers all they need to do is cast tatami mats, anti ranged. If against champs or any other melee class all they need is to cicada/illusion skill then cast hide and shadow jump. And then throw shurikens while they're at it.

Ninja- stall like heck with extremely relative low damage output to existing classes... and too bad Ninja's stalling spells immediately fail in any multiple player pvp setting.

And then we realize that RO's major pvp attraction is a gvg activity.

Outside of WoE, ninja is a severe thorn in alot of sides. Though against some classes it can be hairy, against others it's got nigh perfect defense.

I treat it as a just-for-fun class, because most other jobs are more focused, and almost any trans is more "powerful". But the versatility is cool, and there are some moderately abusable tricks. But as Ayu said, it's not a rapid damage class, so few people give it a second look.
