Just to avoid false marketing, Salyer[2] is sold by NPC. And it is the lesser version. There is a Slayer[3] dropped by OBBs, OPBs and monsters.

Also Flamberge can be bought from NPCs, so it isn't OBB only drop.

I have Wind Katar, Ice Katar, +7 Mant, and +7 Peco Thief clothes to sell. PM your offer ingame or post your price here. And since Namine posted first about the ice katar I won't sell to you unless you need more than 1.
