something's missing

Hello
well, i'm new in the server and i dont know much about RO and stuff
well, basically, the problem is that when i try to log, i press the start button and a message pops up and it says that the binkw32.dll. is missing.

can you tell me what is that and how to solve that problem?

Downloading the full folder for HeRO is basically guaranteed to not give you any problems also.

The other, usually easier option, involves typing in the file in something like Yahoo/Google and downloading it and just sticking it in your folder. I'd post a link but I don't trust half of the searched downloads on there, I've been unlucky and have gotten viruses before >_<...

Most likely if you get that error it's because you installed the hero patch in a different folder than where your actual RO folder is. Otherwise you should have the dll in there.

Can you post a picture of your RO folder?
