I really think the WOE should AT THE VERY LEAST be moved to Saturday EST.

Why?
Although it's impossible to make WoE times comfortable for the entire globe, moving it to Saturday would at least give the Eastern Hemisphere a chance to play. Currently, 2PM Sunday is 5AM MONDAY for Australian players.

Okay so admittedly there aren't millions of Australians crowding the server, but the same goes for everyone east of the GMT. Any WOE on our Sunday gets pushed to their Monday, during which they have school, work, etc etc.

If we pulled WOE back to our Saturday, at least the other half of the world would be on Sunday, still in their weekend, and able to attend WOE.
