Class Specific Wings

Could we do something like this?

I would have it be like

Creator only

Chance of finding herbs when killing a monster (all herbs including blue and green! and at an increased rate from the hermit plant card or whatever that is)

Suggest an idea for another class or this one, even if this idea is denied (just so we can see what would be cool)

Don't be crazy pl0x

Professor
---------
6 Def, 5mdef, unrefineable (if not given mdef effect, then make refineable wings)

-Add a chance for a gemstone to drop when killing a monster (similar to sageworm card)

That one is a bit weak so there would probably be an extra added effect such as...
-5% more sp (helps with soul change) or
-3 int (double bolters would love this one)

orrr give an effect similar to staff of piercing since profs cannot deal with mdef...5% ignore mdef and deal dmg accordingly. This also would be weaker than staff of piercing since you cannot gain a larger effect through refinement.

RE: Class Specific Wings

yeah you've got the right idea.

make it helpful, but at the same time, it needs a drawback so it isn't godly

RE: Class Specific Wings

Do you mean different looking wing, or 1 wing but the bonus differ depending on which class you equip it with?

RE: Class Specific Wings

One wing with differing effects depending on class sounds easier and less complaints over "Why do priests get those adorable wings while I'm stuck with these nasty pixely stuff?" or something like that... Valkyrie armor sets already give bonus' depending on which class you fall under.

Interesting idea anyways~

RE: Class Specific Wings

I say same wings just differ depending class that way you could just make 1 pair of wings and just have each effect work if you that class

Archer- (Blab,Blab,Blab)
Mage- (Blab,Blab,Blab)
Swordie- (Blab,Blab,Blab)
Theif- (Blab,Blab,Blab)

RE: Class Specific Wings

Don't really see a reason why they have to be trans only for Namin? ._.; Extended classes already lack the love from Gravity with a severe lack of new equipment that they can use... don't need heRO to further cast them to the side...

Mr. Flossy's idea sounds good to base effects off of the 1-1 classes (while including the Gunslinger, Ninja, and Taekwons of course. Super Novice already got their Novice wing so they don't need to be part of this =P)
