Mouse free file to download section.

As said in my title, it would be nice if the file that allows the mouse to be free on RO would be in the download section of the website.

Not sure why, but I have it too. I never changed anythign or tried to make it like that, just got it that way when I experimented with the sakray-only install method before giving it to this server. I really like it though

Seriously: It is a small utiliy that allow your mouse to move freely in and out of the ragnarok window when playing in "windowed" (not full screen) mode.

Actually, if you use the heRO installer, it's mouse freedom.. I wasn't very used to it till now.. O_O" (still do a lot of Alt-tab, for God's sake, I should stop XD)
