cant get on RO

yeah when i click the patcher and start game i get an error at the log in screen, i dont know what happened i just logged off RO an hour ago and i havnt messed around with the folder at all, i've tried repatching the stuff in my RO folder but it still doesnt work

Help?

Go into your RO folder
Select View > Details
Hit the Print Screen button on your keabord
Open Paint (start menu > accessory > paint)
Press CTRL+V (to paste)
Save picture
Host on imageshack.us or other image hosting service.
