Help Needed

im posting for a friend

well, my friend wants to come w/ us here in this server
the problem is..everytime he patches, and the patch finished..
when he start the game theres no client comin out...

he said hes using same client as ours(w/ another friend)
i can play w/o a prob,as well as my other friend

what seems to be his prob???

i told him step by step how did i installed and patched heRO
but still his client doesnt come out
he tried everything on the forums how to fix it..but still cant play o.0

Tell him to make sure he does NOT have a data folder in his RO folder. If that's not the problem, ask him to take a screenshot of his RO folder please and post it here.
