Get a stellar, go to an NPC in (alberta? geffen? i'll look it up later) and exchange it for a stellar hairpin.

I'll give you specifics in-game later, can't remember right now

marionette drops stellar...then you can exchange it for a stellar hairpin in aldebaran. Icon_biggrin

If I recall, in alde, the npc is inside a house, located to the right side of the city.
