Perhaps it may be best to simply use Full Folder that HeRO has to offer. Contains all the lovely files needed to run the game without the stupid patching errors~ Download and install the recent patcher and it should work fine.

Yeah, in that case it's best you install a fresh version of sakray, then the hero patcher OR download the hero full installer (contains sakray and hero files in one) from the link Rika posted.

did you put the HeRO patcher in and run that before trying to run the sakray patcher? I did that and I had to reinstall it.
