RO won't start after latest patch

I just updated to the latest hero patch, and now when I try to start RO I get this:



So now I can't play

Is there any way to go back to the old version?

I tried installing heRO again from hero_mini_installer.exe I had downloaded and not doing any updates, and this makes the game start. I guess I'll have to play without updates for now then (if the game works as it should without them).

At what moment do you get this error. Upon starting the client? When getting to the char section? When login a certain character in game?

Normally when I start RO it freezes for maybe 5-10 seconds, then I see the login window. Now when I start it it does the 5-10 second freeze, but instead of the login window popping up this thing appears instead. So I never see the actual RO interface at all.

I might add that I don't run RO in windows, I use it in linux trought a windows emulator, so maybe thats why no one else is having the problem. But still, its obvious that the update is causing this problem since it works without the update, so something is obviously wrong with it, and it would be nice if this would be fixed for me and other potential linux users who wants to play on this server.

TPC, it seems that you have a data folder. Rename that to something else. heRO does not use the data folder.
