Where'd you get your name?

Sirona: My nickname that I have been using for the past two years. She is a goddess of the Gaulish people. I found this name is a symbolism dictionary as I was looking for the word 'star' and I plan on giving this name to my daughter someday <3.

Normally, all my characters have names related to the moon goddess like Astrateia, Selena, etc; but, I did change my habits a bit over time.

Anastasia: Technically, everyone knows me by Anastasia or Ana ingame. It was the name given to my Assassin Cross on my last server and priestess on several servers I played before. Her name means ressurection (this knowledge has been provided by my Byzantine Arts and Architecture class.. ) and it was influenced by my love of Royal History. If some of you have seen the animated movie Anastasia, you know that she was the daughter of the czar, Nicolas II. Also, if you know history, she 'was' killed during the Russian Revolution, but there were rumours that she escaped from her fate and never died when her family was executed. So, I revived her so she can seek revenge by killing people at first. Also, she is known as a saint now (after the royal family has been declared martyrs).. and I started loving playing a priestess; hence reason she is a priestess now.

Artemisia: From my moon goddess passion.. known as Art or Misia. She was actually the main character of one of the series I drew way back when I was in high school, my RP character and my fanfiction for the Sailor Moon series - she was the twin sister of Usagi and another Sailor scout. Both Artemisia (RP and SM fanfic) use dagger/sword as attack. (well, katar can be used I guess as substitute ) So, that is why it is appropriate to make her a sin instead of Ana. Enough said.. It was one of my very old nicknames that has fallen into disuse after I used Sirona.

One funky part is that the full name of Artemisia in my series is Artemisia Anastasia Annamaria Alexandra Serene. Notice that.. all the names kind of start with an A and have 9 letters. /gg
