Level 4 Weapon quest issue....

So, I'm trying to make a combat knife. I've spoken to the NPC in niff and have gone back to the NPC in alde, to collect the phrase. I copied down said phrase and tried to enter in into the niff NPC, however it won't accept it as the right phrase. I've checked the punctuation and spelling multiple times and no matter what I do it wont work.

The NPC in question is Waltboughst (Niff - 331, 71).

The phrase I as given to enter was "all the successful men in the history tried their best!".

Has anyone else run into a problem like this? Am I overlooking something, or is the script bugged?

Found a site that had what i was looking for. Seems the dialog for the NPC in alde was slightly off. The correct message should read "All the successful men in the history tried their best!".

These NPC are quite picky, it needs to be spelt exactly like he wants it with the right punctuation and such. What I have in the script (don't forget to remove the quotation marks):
"All the successful men in the history tried their best!"

Just thought I'd ask this here instead of starting a new topic with a similar heading...

I can't seem to get the quest to even start. Is there any requirement besides being > lvl 80? I spoke to the guy in Aldebaran and then went to speak to Reyghema in Niflheim, but he just says the "I feel something different about you." lines.

Make sure you're speaking to the right NPC for the weapon you want to make, as there are a few. If you tell me which I can look it up.

also be sure you didnt allready accidently start one somewhere else such as the umbala ones.

I can't do more than one quest at a time? >.<
...I have the sign quest started...but I'm having problems with the quiz in Morroc part and can't get past it (the guy just keeps saying "You suck, take the quiz again" even though I get it all right).

EDIT: Nevermind, Pandora helped me get past that part of the sign quest so hopefully now I can finish it and then the lvl 4 wpn quest will work. ^_^
