The list on the first post is updated for the most part.

There's only a handful of "important" NPCs added in recent releases, but it's so far undecided if they need cutins.

As for card art, the list is not updated. There's a lot of custom mobs, so I'll try to have an updated list back up soon since the previous one broke.
