Question about donations...

I don't have my own paypal account, nor do I want one since I hardly make online purchases and I'm certainly not making one just for the sake of donating, so if I wanted to donate, could it be possible if I had a friend use their paypal account with their email and they just reciprocate the necessary details needed in the reply email they send to pandora?

I don't see why not. As long as your friend agrees to it.
As well as sending your in-game Char info to Pandora when he donates.
