FYI, mental change cooldown blocks Emergancy Avoid and Touch of Heal til it's over. It CAN however be reset the same way asura cooldown is reset. by relogging. This is NOT a bug nor do I think it should be changed as it's biggest use is for leveling/farming the homunculus. Lifs don't like hitting players.
