Video Uploading Problem

I have a couple cool clips of WoE tonight, and I can't seem to get them uploaded to YouTube.

When they get up, it says there is a codec failure.

I use fraps, 2.8, not sure why it isn't working =\

Don't do like Raccon when he uploaded some 10 mins 300meg video of toh. Use a tool to compress the video with a codec like http://www.avs4you.com

Be a real man and get Sony Vegas version: whatever you find on torrents.

As far as a Codec failure... I have no idea, I've never seen that before. How long are the clips?
