Sound Effects won't work

I have no idea what is wrong
but my bgm works find but
sound effects wont work :O

any help/suggestions?

Open the Basic Information window. Click on the "Option" button and make sure the "Effect" sound section is enabled o_o

yeah it's on
buh it still wont play

Go into your RO folder and run setup.exe make sure your audio options are set correctly for your computer.
