Unable to enter Server

After logging in, I chose HeRO Server, then after that, the program stopped responding.
It just said there Please Wait... Before the thing blacked out.

I may need to use the Full Installer, which GM_Pandora gave me, but... I can't open the folder. I'm told I need WinRar for it.

What do I do?

get WinRar :O!

Google winRar and download the free preview (which can still be used after the trial).

You can use winrar, winzip or 7zip to open the file to the full installer, make sure both parts are fully downloaded and in the same folder.
