Xaos: got to lvl 78 knight and stoped
pRO: lvl 95 knight and stopped
XeRO: lvl 78 knight and got bored
qRO: lvl 19 swordie and hated atmosphere
ChaosRO: lvl 72 knight, got bored, deleted account

If you look at my avatar, you'll see a 99 super novice from another server. It's not my old sin X's halo, but it's my hub/bf's halo (he's the insane 99 SN)

qRO has several lvl 99 SNs and even some lvl 99 perma-novices. Rates on that server are also 5/5/3 so expect to see them here too, eventually.
